Step 1: In the top-right corner of the Discovery Dashboard, click the New Search button.
Step 2: This will redirect you to the search form.
Step 3: Fill in the required fields in the search form and submit it to run the discovery

Step 4: After click on the Search button, you can view further details related to the discovery results. By clicking on View details button, you can run Discovery for that specific patient
Step 1: Inside the Discovery tab, there is a sub-tab called Discovery, where you will find a listing of multiple patients.
Step 2: The listing includes columns for:
Transaction Date
Patient Name
Phone Number
Insurance
Status
Details (with a View Details button)
Step 3: To view a specific patient’s discovery details, click the View Details button in the corresponding row.
This will run the discovery for that patient and display their details.
Step 1: After the first two tabs, there is a third sub-tab labeled Search.
Step 2: Click on the Search tab to open the search form screen.
Step 3: The form contains 4 mandatory fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Patient State (selected by default, can be changed if needed)
Step 4: Additionally, there are 3 optional fields:
- Social Security Number
- Schedule Date
- Date of Service
Step 5: Once all the relevant fields are filled, click the Search button located in the middle of the form.
Step 6: After click on the Search button, you can view further details related to the discovery results. By clicking on View details button, you can run Discovery for that specific patient
