How to Sign Up and Complete the Registration Process on AppZHealth
This guide will walk you through the sign-up and registration process on AppZHealth.
Step 1: Accessing the Sign-Up Page
- Open your preferred web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.).
- Navigate to the AppZHealth website: https://dev.appzhealth.com
- On the Login screen, click the "Sign Up" button located below the "Continue"
button.
Step 2: Filling Out the Sign-Up Fields
On the Sign-Up page, enter the following details:
- Email Address: Enter your valid email.
- Password
: Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters, must include a number or symbol).
✅ Alternative Sign-Up Options: You can also sign up using Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
Step 3: Submitting Your Sign-Up Details
- Review the details you entered for accuracy.
- Click the "Continue" button.
- You will be redirected to the Registrationscreen.
Step 4: Completing the Registration Form
On the Registration Page, fill in the required and optional fields:
Required Fields (marked with *):
- First Name*: Enter your first name.
- Last Name*: Enter your last name.
- Email Address*: Use the same email as in Step 2 (for verification).
- Phone Number*: Enter your phone number.
- Doctor NPI*: Enter your National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Optional Fields:
- Practice NPI: Enter your Practice NPI.
- Practice Address: Provide your practice location.
- Practice City & State: Specify your practice's city and state.
- Job Title
: Enter your job role.
Step 5: Submitting Your Registration
- Double-check all the information you provided.
- Click the "Register Now"
button to complete the registration process.
✅ Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Follow the instructions to activate your account.
